Samonas Sound Therapy

Samonas is an acronym for Spectrally Activated Music of Optimal Natural Structure. It stands for the knowledge of how to stimulate, integrate and organize elements of human development with the assistance of these special sounds, as well as assisting the human system in gaining higher levels of discrimination and organization.

The Samonas system has been designed for a variety of applications. These modalities are based on or related to training and improvement of the auditory system.

Samonas sessions involve:

  • listening to the high quality individually manufactured gold recordings

  • with a good pair of headphones

  • through the guidance of an individual listening protocol.

The Sonas and Samonas system has been designed for a variety of applications. These modalities are based on or related to training and improvement of the auditory system. Samonas sessions involve listening to the high quality individually manufactured gold recordings with a good pair of headphones through the guidance of an individual listening protocol.

The Sonas System - Knowledge about the Sonas System has been accumulated over a 15 year period. Sonas is an acronym for System of Optimal Natural Structure.
It stands for the extended knowledge of:

  • the generic structure of all sounds in the world we live in

  • human perception and auditory processing of sounds

  • the role played by genuine sounds in human bilateral development and organization

Outline of the scientific background of Sonas and Samonas

  • generic structure of sounds

  • the structure and processing of waves in media

  • dispersion of processing

  •  wave fronts and reflection patterns (Huygens Law)

  • knowledge of acoustics in classical physics

  • di-electricity and permeability of matter, the electrical and magnetic fields and waves

  • quantum physics: the uncertainty relation (Heisenberg)

  •  Quantum mechanics wave equations (Faraday, Schroedinger)

  •  undamental structure of sounds (fundamentals and  harmonics)

  • spectral activity of sounds (Schumann's Formant Laws)

Biological and Nerve Structures

  • Differentiation and discrimination mechanisms in volume, and a three dimensional sense of direction of the human auditory processing unit

  • Interconnection of efferent auditory nerves with other cranial efferent auditory nerves

  • Circuits of motivation, association, learning, discrimination, patterning and memory structures.

Professionals Only Made Do Samonas

Samonas is being used by professionals to treat specific conditions which are directly or indirectly related to dysfunctions and/or disorders of the auditory system. The developer, Ingo Steinbach, clearly states that any interactions/intervention should only be performed by professionals trained in the use of the Samonas system/

The secret of Samonas is to set up an individual listening protocol specifically designed for the problem that needs to be addressed. Samonas International offers training of professionals to gain this expertise.
